Over the past day, from June 18 to 19, the Russian army lost another 1,080 soldiers in battles against Ukraine. In addition, Ukraine’s Armed Forces destroyed 63 artillery systems and 108 vehicles, according to a report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to June 19, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 1,008,240 (+1080) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 10,951 (+4);
  • troop-carrying AFVs - 22,853 (+8);
  • artillery systems - 29,328 (+63);
  • MLRS - 1,420 units;
  • anti-aircraft systems - 1,187;
  • aircraft - 416;
  • helicopters - 337;
  • UAV operational-tactical level- 41,229 (+64);
  • cruise missiles - 3,369 units;
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • vehicles and fuel tanks - 52,420 (+108);
  • special equipment - 3,918 (+2).

Frontline situation

As of the evening of June 18, there were 136 combat engagements on the front lines throughout the day. The highest number of battles was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.

In particular, the enemy launched 40 attacks in that area, targeting the vicinity of the settlements of Malynivka, Lysivka, Myroliubivka, Myrne, Luch, Novopavlivka, Myrnohrad, Vdale, Novoserhiivka, Kotliarivka, Oleksiivka, as well as advancing toward Novopidhirne, Poltavka, and Popovyi Yar.
