Over the past 24 hours on July 29, the Russians lost 1,050 soldiers, 25 tanks, and 46 artillery systems in the war in Ukraine, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 30.07.24 are estimated to be
- personnel - about 577,060 (+1060) Russian troops;
- tanks - 8381 (+25) units;
- armored combat vehicles - 16141 (+38) units;
- artillery systems - 16056 (+46) units;
- MLRS - 1130 (+1) units;
- air defense systems - 906 units;
- aircraft - 363 units;
- helicopters - 326 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 12832 (+27) units;
- cruise missiles - 2406 units;
- ships/boats - 28 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tankers - 21687 (+53) units;
- special equipment - 2696 (+6) units.
According to the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 117 combat engagements took place on the frontline on July 29. The situation remained the most difficult in the Pokrovsk sector, but the Russian troops were also active in the Kurakhove and Toretsk sectors.
