Russia's losses in Ukraine as of July 29: +1,050 troops and 4 tanks

Over the past day, from July 28 to 29, the Russian army lost 1,050 soldiers and 136 units of military equipment on the front lines, according to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to July 29, 2025, are approximately:

Russian airstrikes and the frontline situation
Last night, Russian forces once again attacked Ukraine with Shahed kamikaze drones.
In the morning, explosions were heard in Izium amid the ongoing drone assault.
Meanwhile, despite suffering heavy losses, Russian troops continue to advance in the Pokrovsk direction.
