Russia's losses in Ukraine as of July 17: Over 1,100 soldiers and 1 anti-aircraft warfare system more

In the past 24 hours, from July 16 to 17, Russia has lost 1,110 soldiers and 1 anti-aircraft warfare system in the war in Ukraine, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From February 24, 2022, to July 17, 2024, the estimated total combat losses of the enemy are as follows:
- personnel - approximately 562,510 (+1,110) soldiers eliminated;
- tanks - 8,238 (+11) units;
- armored personnel vehicles - 15,871 (+9) units;
- artillery systems - 15,411 (+43) units;
- MLRS - 1,120 (+1) units;
- anti-aircraft warfare systems - 893 (+1) units;
- aircraft - 361 units;
- helicopters - 326 units;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 12,224 (+31) units;
- cruise missiles - 2,398 units;
- warships/boats - 28 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- vehicles & fuel tanks - 20,741 (+61) units;
- special equipment - 2,586 (+9) units.
According to ISW, positional battles are ongoing along the entire front line, with Russian forces advancing near Avdiivka.
On July 16, 86 combat engagements were recorded on the front.
