Losses of the Russian army continue to grow despite large-scale attempts to advance on Ukrainian territory, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

Thus, from February 24, 2022, to January 15, 2026, inclusive, the estimated combat losses of the enemy amounted to:

  • Personnel — about 1,223,090 (+1,150)
  • Tanks — 11,557 (+7)
  • Armored combat vehicles — 23,904 (+2)
  • Artillery systems — 36,182
  • Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) — 1,611 (+8)
  • Aircraft — 434
  • Helicopters — 347
  • Operational-tactical UAVs — 107,357 (+929)
  • Cruise missiles — 4,163
  • Ships/boats — 28
  • Submarines — 2
  • Automotive equipment and fuel tanks — 74,306 (+187)
  • Special equipment — 4,042

Additionally, the company Destinus has presented an upgraded Ruta Block 2 cruise missile, which differs significantly from the previous version and, according to its declared characteristics, no longer fits the missile-drone format but is considered a full-fledged strike weapon, potentially suitable for combat use, including against Russian forces.
