Russia's losses in Ukraine as of January 27: +1,430 troops, 74 drones

As of Monday morning, January 27, the Russian army lost 1,430 soldiers in the last 24 hours. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia's losses amount to 831,620 soldiers, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to January 27, 2025, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 831,620 (+1,430) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 9,831 (+3) units;
- armored personnel vehicle - 20,531 (+12) units;
- artillery systems - 22,339 (+16) units;
- MLRS - 1,263 units;
- anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,050 units;
- aircraft - 369 units;
- helicopters - 331 units;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 23 327 (+74) units;
- cruise missiles - 3,053 units;
- warships/boats - 28 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 35,183 (+59) units;
- special equipment - 3,716 (+1) units.
Situation at front
As of the evening of January 26, 153 combat clashes occurred in the frontline. As before, Pokrovsk remained the most difficult area. Almost half of the combat engagements were registered there over the last day. In particular, Russians conducted 70 assaults and offensive actions during the day.
