As of the morning of January 26, the Russian army lost 1,720 soldiers in the past 24 hours. Meanwhile, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the enemy has lost a total of 830,190 soldiers, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to January 26, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 830 190 (+1720) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 9868 (+9);
  • armored personnel vehicles - 20 549 (+4);
  • artillery systems - 22 323 (+14);
  • MLRS - 1,263;
  • anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,050;

Situation on the front

As of 10:00 PM on January 25, there were 159 combat clashes on the front line during the day. The Pokrovsk direction was the most challenging, with the enemy carrying out 48 attacks there.

Additionally, over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 32 airstrikes using 59 guided aerial bombs (KABs), over 650 attacks with strike drones, and fired on Ukrainian military positions and settlements more than 4,000 times.
