Russia's losses in Ukraine as of January 15: +1,580 troops, 107 drones, 52 artillery systems
Russian losses in the war against Ukraine exceeded 812,000 soldiers. Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 1,580 Russian occupants. They destroyed almost 300 units of equipment, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to January 15, 2025, are estimated to be:

Russia is trying to hide the losses of its troops in the war against Ukraine. The losses of private military companies, North Korean troops, and other paramilitary groups fighting against Ukraine are also being covered up.
According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Russia suffered record losses last year. Over the year, the Russian occupiers lost 430,790 soldiers, which is almost 36 motorized rifle divisions.
Russia's largest losses for the year and during the full-scale war were recorded in December 2024 - 48,670 Russian soldiers.
