Russia's losses in Ukraine as of February 18: +1,170 troops and 53 artillery systems

In the last 24 hours, from February 17 to 18, the Russian army lost 1,170 soldiers, 12 tanks, and 181 UAVs operational-tactical level in the war against Ukraine, according to data from the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Situation on frontline and airstrikes
On the night of February 18, Russia launched another attack on Ukraine using Shahed kamikaze drones. In Kyiv, damage was reported from the debris of downed UAVs.
According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), in the past 24 hours, Russian forces made progress near four settlements in the Donetsk region.
Since the beginning of the year, drones and missiles have targeted oil refinery facilities in ten regions of Russia.
