Ukrainian forces have eliminated another 810 Russian occupiers in the past day, bringing the total losses of the Russian army in personnel since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of our country to almost 410,000 soldiers. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 29 enemy artillery systems and 22 UAVs, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to February 25, 2024 are estimated as follows:

  • Personnel - approximately 409,820 (+810) individuals eliminated;
  • Tanks - 6,542 (+8) units;
  • APV (Armored personnel vehicles) - 12,441 (+16) units;
  • Artillery systems - 9,981 (+29) units;
  • MLRS (Multiple launch rocket systems) - 999 units;
  • Anti-aircraft warfart systems - 684 units;
  • Aircraft - 340 units;
  • Helicopters - 325 units;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 7,681 (+22) units;
  • Cruise missiles - 1,907 (+2) units;
  • Warships/boats - 25 units;
  • Submarines - 1 unit;
  • Vehicles and fuel tankers - 13,011 (+23) units;
  • Special equipment - 1,578 (+2) units.

Frontline situation as of February 25

According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Russian generals try to shift the blame for crimes to subordinates.

In the morning summary on February 25, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported 84 combat clashes on the fronts in Ukraine, 39 attacks were carried out by the enemy in Maryinka direction in the Donetsk region.

During the day, the aviation of the defense forces struck 13 areas of concentration of enemy personnel. Also, our defenders destroyed 2 Kh-31 missiles and 4 reconnaissance UAVs.
