Russia's losses in Ukraine as of February 24: 1 aircraft and 770 troops
Ukrainian forces have eliminated another 770 Russian occupiers in the past day, bringing the total losses of the Russian army in personnel since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of our country to over 409,000 soldiers. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down an aircraft and destroyed 8 tanks and 36 enemy artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to February 24, 2024 are estimated as follows:
- Personnel - approximately 409,010 (+770) individuals eliminated;

- APV (Armored personnel vehicles) - 12,425 (+15) units;
- Artillery systems - 9,952 (+36) units;
- MLRS (Multiple launch rocket systems) - 999 units;

- Helicopters - 325 units;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 7,659 (+31) units;
- Cruise missiles - 1,905 (+2) units;
- Warships/boats - 25 units;

Frontline situation as of February 24
In the morning summary on February 24, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported 84 combat clashes on the fronts in Ukraine. The military command noted that the enemy is storming most actively in the Maryinka direction in the Donetsk region.
The Defense Forces aviation struck at 6 personnel concentration areas and 3 enemy anti-aircraft missile complexes. Additionally, Air Force units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed another long-range early warning and control aircraft A-50.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian Armed Forces rocket troops inflicted damage on 4 personnel concentration areas, a command post, 3 artillery units, an ammunition depot, and 2 enemy Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile system radars.
