Russia's losses in Ukraine as of February 9: 910 troops, 24 artillery systems
Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine as of Friday morning, February 9, amounted to 910 occupants, bringing the total number of Russian army losses since the beginning of the invasion to 393,290. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 22 armored personnel carriers, 24 artillery systems, and 18 drones, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 09.02.24 are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 393290 (+910) Russian invaders were killed;
- tanks - 6385 (+2) units;
- armored combat vehicles - 11921 (+22) units;
- artillery systems - 9435 (+24) units;
- MLRS - 981 (+1) units;
- air defense systems - 666 units;
- aircraft - 332 units;
- helicopters - 325 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 7209 (+18) units;
- cruise missiles - 1881 (+1) units;
- ships/boats - 24 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tankers - 12551 (+38) units;
- special equipment - 1509 (+4) units.
Frontline situation
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops repelled 16 enemy attacks in the Maryinka direction, held their positions, and repelled the Russian occupation forces' assaults in the Kherson region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine hit 2 enemy ammunition depots.
