On November 30, Ukrainian forces eliminated 1,730 Russian occupiers. Since the start of the invasion, Russia has lost over 742,000 personnel, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to December 1, 2024, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 742,130 (+1,730) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 9,469 (+6);
  • armored personnel vehicle - 19,369 (+14);
  • artillery systems - 20,923 (+14);
  • MLRS - 1,253;
  • anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,019;
  • airplanes - 369;
  • helicopters - 329;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 19,803 (+11);
  • cruise missiles - 2,852 (+1);
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 30,507 (+76);
  • special equipment - 3,619 (+2).

Russia's losses in Ukraine

In February 2022, Russian forces invaded Ukraine. Since then, over a thousand Russian troops have been lost daily on the frontlines.

Notably, November 28 set a record, with Ukrainian forces eliminating 2,030 Russian soldiers in a single day.

As previously reported by RBC-Ukraine, the identities of 80,973 Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine since February 2022 have been confirmed. Most of them were volunteers.
