Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Sunday morning, December 31, amounted to 960 occupants, bringing the total number of Russian army losses since the beginning of the invasion to 359,230. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 30 artillery systems, 17 armored combat vehicles and 8 tanks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 31.12.23 are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 359,230 (+960) killed;
  • tanks - 5,977 (+8) units;
  • armored combat vehicles - 11,070 (+17) units;
  • artillery systems - 8,464 (+30) units;
  • MLRS - 943 (+4) units;
  • air defense systems - 623 (+2) units;
  • airplanes - 329 units;
  • helicopters - 324 units;
  • UAVs of operational and tactical level - 6591 (+37) units;
  • cruise missiles - 1,709 (+1) units;
  • ships/boats - 23 units;
  • submarines - 1 unit;
  • motor vehicles and tankers - 11,292 (+48) units;
  • special equipment - 1,268 (+8) units.
