Frontline situation
According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Ukrainian military forces continued local attacks in the Kupiansk and Lymansk directions. In particular, they advanced west of Dibrova and, according to preliminary information, vacated positions south of Stepove and south of Novokalynove.
Meanwhile, worsening weather conditions are slowing down the pace of combat operations by Ukrainian military and Russian terrorists along the entire front line.
