Frontline situation

Russian occupiers intensified assaults on the frontlines during winter. Specifically, Russians managed to seize Avdiivka and some neighboring villages. However, the Defense Forces maintain positions near Avdiivka, preventing the enemy from advancing further.

Additionally, Ukrainian military also reported that occupiers seek to capture Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region. Heavy fighting is also ongoing in the Kupiansk area of the Kharkiv region.
