Frontline situation

Russian forces are continuing offensive operations across multiple front-line directions, aiming to establish buffer zones along the border and push deeper into Ukraine. The heaviest pressure is reported in the Sumy region and Kharkiv region, where Russian troops are also testing new tactics, including rapid motorcycle-based assaults.

Ukrainian forces are holding defensive lines and conducting precision strikes on Russian positions, including command posts and troop concentrations in the Kursk region and Luhansk region.

In the east, fighting remains intense across the Donetsk region, with Ukraine both defending and launching counterattacks near Sloviansk and Kostiantynivka. Russian forces are also pushing toward Pokrovsk, where they have achieved limited gains.

On the southern front, including the Zaporizhzhia region and Kherson region, Russian troops are conducting smaller-scale attacks while continuing drone strikes against civilian areas.
