Frontline situation

Russian strikes on crossings over the Oskil River have severely disrupted Ukrainian logistics in the Kupiansk area, forcing reliance on boats and heavy drones for supplies. The situation exposed command failures in the 14th Mechanized Brigade, leading to lost positions and supply shortages. The brigade commander was dismissed, another officer demoted, and an investigation is underway.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces struck the Atlant Aero plant in Taganrog with Neptune missiles, destroying two production facilities and damaging four others involved in drone manufacturing. The attack is expected to weaken Russia’s UAV capabilities. Ukraine also confirmed damage to a Russian patrol ship’s combat control post in Sevastopol after a separate strike.
