Frontline situation
Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi says Russian forces are regrouping and reinforcing front-line positions, signaling possible preparations for a new offensive. The heaviest fighting is in the Pokrovsk direction, where hundreds of attacks have been recorded since early April.
Following frontline assessments and meetings with commanders, Ukraine decided to boost support for its units, with a particular focus on strengthening unmanned systems as Russian pressure intensifies.
Meanwhile, Ukraine struck key Russian military targets on April 21–22, including a Black Sea Fleet facility in Sevastopol, drone control centers, and command posts across multiple regions, with damage still being assessed.
At the same time, drone attacks forced two Rosneft refineries in Tuapse and Novokuibyshevsk to halt operations, disrupting fuel production.
