Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Saturday morning, April 13, amounted to 1030 occupiers, with a total of 452,760 Russian military personnel lost since the invasion began. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 23 Russian tanks, 47 armored personnel vehicles and 32 artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to April 13, 2024 are estimated as follows:

  • Personnel: about 452,760 (+1,030) individuals;
  • Tanks: 7,169 (+23) units;
  • APV (Armored personnel vehicles): 13,745 (+47) units;
  • Artillery systems: 11,518 (+32) units;
  • MLRS (multiple launch rocket systems): 1,045 (+3) units;
  • Anti aircraft warfare systems: 756 (+1) units;
  • Aircraft: 347 units;
  • Helicopters: 325 units;
  • UAV operational-tactical level: 9,201 (+40) units;
  • Cruise missiles: 2,088 (+1) units;
  • Warships/boats: 26 units;
  • Submarines: 1 unit;
  • Vehicles and fuel tankers: 15,396 (+57) units;
  • Special equipment: 1,893 (+5) units.

Frontline situation

Russian military bloggers claim advancement of occupiers near Chasiv Yar. The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reports positional battles but does not confirm changes in the front line.

During the past day, there have been 97 combat clashes on the front line. The enemy predominantly attacked in the Bakhmut and Novopavlivka directions, with 33 and 29 attacks respectively.
