European intelligence services warn that Russia is preparing sabotage in Europe.
According to the Finnish Security Police, Russia is trying to influence Western countries, and Finland is not immune to harmful actions. According to the police, this is not something new.
"We already warned a few months ago when we published our annual report that we should expect more aggressive and hostile attempts to influence Russia. This is the same," said Teemu Turunen, deputy head of the security police.
According to Turunen, Russia seeks to influence Western countries, and despite the fact that Finland is not immune from harmful actions, it is not among Russia's top priorities.
"Russia is particularly interested in weakening support for Ukraine. Russia is not interested in Finland, but in the unity of the West in supporting Ukraine," Turunen added.
As RBC-Ukraine previously reported, according to Western media, Russia is preparing sabotage across Europe.
At the same time, the US Department of State emphasized today that Russia is dragging Georgia into the war against Ukraine.
