Russia plans to use occupied territories to supply its army - Center for Countering Disinformation

Russia is trying to turn the temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine into an infrastructure base for its army, according to the Center for Countering Disinformation.
According to the Center for Countering Disinformation, the Russian government has received instructions from Vladimir Putin to prepare proposals for the use of land in the occupied territories.
Specifically, this involves the creation of transport and logistics centers and the development of rail transportation.
Under the guise of "economic development," Moscow is aiming to establish uninterrupted supply routes for weapons, ammunition, and equipment to support its war against Ukraine.
These actions signal the Kremlin’s plans to establish a long-term presence in the occupied territories, not for the benefit of the local population, but solely to continue its aggression.
Additionally, the CCD previously reported that Russia is preparing to seize agricultural land in southern Ukraine through raiding tactics, to integrate it into the Russian administrative system.
This poses a threat not only to Ukraine’s economy but also to the food security of the wider region.
The head of the CCD, Andrii Kovalenko, recently warned Ukrainians about new Russian information attacks. He noted that Russia would continue to terrorize Ukraine with drone swarms while simultaneously pushing two separate information campaigns, one targeting an international audience, the other aimed at domestic Ukrainian viewers.
