Drone terror isn't over: Russia plans more strikes, Ukraine braces for military response

Russia will continue to terrorize Ukraine with swarming drone attacks. Moscow will also spread information campaigns, according to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Andriy Kovalenko.
According to him, Russia will run two campaigns, one for an international audience. The Russians will spread the narrative that it is Moscow that is open to negotiations and is forced to fight because Ukraine seems to want war.
To the domestic Ukrainian audience, the Russians plan to spread the thesis that Ukraine is allegedly unable to defend itself, and that “Russia is capable of destroying everything,” demanding surrender from society.
“This pressure will have to be withstood. Military solutions against the enemy's swarm attacks are being prepared. Information counteraction is also being prepared. But we need to know the enemy's tactics to understand their goals. Russia wants to continue the war, and they think that they can break the Ukrainian society and achieve the surrender of the rear. They will not succeed,” Kovalenko said.
Massive attacks
Since the beginning of summer, Russian troops have significantly intensified the massive shelling of Ukraine. Last night, on June 20, the Russians launched 86 drones at Ukraine from several directions.
Kharkiv and Odesa came under attack at night, damaging buildings and causing casualties. One person was reported dead in Odesa.
On the night of June 17, Russia launched one of its most powerful attacks on Kyiv. The attack damaged buildings in eight districts. In the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, a Russian ballistic missile destroyed a part of a house from the 9th to the 1st floor. 23 residents of the building were killed.
In total, this attack claimed the lives of 28 people in the capital. 142 residents were injured, including six children.
