Russia launches Shahed drone attacks on Ukraine from multiple directions

Russian forces are attacking Ukraine with drones overnight on June 13. They launched unmanned aerial vehicles from multiple directions, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The first report on drone launches was published by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 10:30 PM Kyiv time on June 12. The initial hostile drones entered Ukraine from the Kharkiv region, moving in the direction of Kupiansk.
Later, it was reported that several groups of strike drones were flying through the Kherson region, heading toward the Mykolaiv region.
The Air Force also issued a warning about new drone groups entering the Kharkiv region, with some Shahed drones from that direction flying into the Donetsk region.
At 2:12 AM Kyiv time, the Air Force reported new groups of drones flying over the Tendrivska Spit, heading toward the Mykolaiv region.

Massive Russian attacks on Ukraine
Since the beginning of summer, Russian forces have intensified their strikes on Ukraine. Russia is launching large-scale drone attacks every night, sometimes combined with missile strikes.
On June 10, Russian troops carried out a massive strike on Kyiv, causing significant damage and injuries. More details on the consequences can be found in RBC-Ukraine’s report.
Russian forces have also stepped up their attacks on Kharkiv. Last night, 11 impacts were recorded in the city, while one Shahed drone failed to detonate. The number of injured has risen to 18, including children among the wounded.
According to Defense Express, in recent days, Russian forces attempted to strike Kyiv with a new jet-powered drone, the Geran-3, which was intercepted and destroyed by Ukrainian air defense.
