On the night of June 26, Russian troops launched 41 drones at Ukraine. The hits were recorded in 7 locations, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.

Russia launched drones from the Russian cities of Bryansk, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk and the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The main areas of Russian attack were the frontline territories of Donetsk and Kharkiv regions.

Anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were involved in repelling the Russian attack.

As of 8 a.m. Kyiv time, 24 Russian drones were confirmed to have been neutralized in the east, south, and north of Ukraine. Among them:

  • 8 were shot down by firepower;
  • 16 were locally lost or suppressed by electronic warfare.

Russian drone hits were recorded in 7 locations.
