On the night of October 15, Russian forces carried out another massive drone attack on the territory of Ukraine, reports the Air Force.

The enemy launched 113 Shahed, Gerbera, and other attack drones from the territory of Russia — from the areas of Millerovo, Bryansk, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. About 50 of them were Shaheds.

To repel the air attack, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups, and unmanned systems units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine were engaged.

As of 08:30, air defense forces had shot down or suppressed 86 drones in the north, south, and east of the country. At the same time, 26 strikes by attack drones were recorded in 11 settlements, as well as the fall of debris from downed drones at one location.

The Air Force reported that the attack was still ongoing, with several enemy UAVs remaining in the sky. Ukrainians are urged to follow safety rules and respond to air raid alerts.

That night, the Dnipropetrovsk region suffered a massive drone attack. Preliminary reports indicate that 37 drones were shot down over the region, but several Shaheds hit their targets, causing destruction and fires.

Russian drones also attacked the Chernihiv region again during the night. In Chernihiv, a fire broke out at a civilian facility, and in Semenivka, a drone hit a residential building.
