Russia kills mother and 2 children with drone in Ukraine's Kyiv region: Details emerge

In the village of Hlevakha, a mother and her two three-year-old children were killed as a result of a Russian attack. The woman was putting the children to bed when the explosion occurred, according to the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
That evening, three families with children were near the house. A woman took her two young children inside to put them to bed, and at that very moment, Russia struck the house.
The blast killed the mother and her two three-year-old children, a boy and a girl. The roof of the house and the floors between levels were also damaged, and a fire broke out, which was extinguished by rescue workers.
Prosecutors, investigators, and State Emergency Service personnel are working at the scene. The type of drone is currently being determined.

Under the procedural guidance of the Fastiv District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, resulting in the loss of life (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Initial investigative actions are underway, and the consequences of yet another war crime committed by the Russians are being documented.
Russian troops continue to systematically strike civilian infrastructure and residential areas in the Kyiv region.
In particular, during a recent Russian strike on the Vyshhorod district, a mother and her child were injured. The victims, with injuries of varying severity, were hospitalized at a local hospital.
In addition, Kyiv is also regularly subjected to massive Russian attacks. Earlier, reports emerged regarding the aftermath of a Russian nighttime attack on Kyiv, during which ten people, including a 10-year-old girl, were injured in three districts of the city as a result of falling debris from downed Russian targets.
