Massive attacks on Ukraine on February 3
Earlier on the night of February 3, Russia carried out a massive strike on Ukrainian thermal power plants that supply heating to cities. The attacks across eight regions occurred in waves, using drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles.
Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Pavlohrad, Zaporizhzhia, and parts of the surrounding regions were under fire throughout the night. By morning, the enemy launched cruise missiles toward Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia used a large number of ballistic missiles, which significantly complicated air defense operations.
