Russia hits Mukachevo during night: Details

On the night of August 21, explosions were reported in Mukachevo, Zakarpattia, according to the Mukachevo City Council.
Zakarpattia, one of the regions farthest from the frontline, is increasingly coming under threat of enemy attacks.
An attack was reported in the Mukachevo area.
According to preliminary information from the Mukachevo City Council, the attack damaged the territory of one of the city’s industrial enterprises. Emergency services are already on site, conducting inspections for possible damage.
So far, there is no information about any injuries or deceased.
Local authorities and security services are urging citizens to stay in shelters and not ignore air raid alerts.
Attack on Ukraine on the night of August 21
On the night of August 21, Russia carried out another massive missile and drone strike on Ukraine. A prolonged air raid alert covered the entire country.
After 4 a.m. Kyiv time, enemy Shahed drones reached western Ukraine, targeting Lviv and Volyn regions.
So far, the use of Shahed drones, cruise missiles, and Kinzhal missiles has been confirmed. Besides Kyiv, explosions were reported in Chernihiv and Rivne regions.
