Russia hits Kostiantynivka with Smerch missiles, artillery and drones: Casualties reported

The army of the Russian Federation on Sunday, September 21, attacked Kostiantynivka of the Donetsk region with artillery, MLRS, and drones. As a result of the strike, there are dead and injured, according to the head of the Kostiantynivka Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov.
In the morning, Russian troops shelled the city with tube artillery and attacked with an FPV drone. According to the head of the Military Administration, a person died. Another person was injured during a car movement as a result of a drone strike.
As a result of the artillery shelling, two more residents of Kostiantynivka were injured. They turned to a hospital in the city of Druzhkivka.
Later, Horbunov reported that the Russians shelled Kostiantynivka with multiple launch rocket systems Smerch. Also ,a strike was carried out with a guided aerial bomb FAB-250 with UMPK. Because of the attacks, there is significant damage in the city.
In addition to this, the enemy opened fire from tube artillery on the residential quarters of the city. As a result of the shelling, one person died.

Attacks on Ukraine
On the night of September 21, the Russians launched at Ukraine 54 drones, of which about 30 are Shaheds. The Air Defense Forces neutralized 33 drones. Hits of 21 strikes on UAVs at 8 locations were recorded.
As reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Russian Federation in a week launched at Ukraine 1500 strike drones, 1280 guided aerial bombs, and 50 missiles of various types.
The mayor of Nizhyn stated that the invaders used a new type of attack – dropping unknown explosive substances.
