On Friday, August 30, Russia launched a large-scale attack on the city of Kharkiv. Five locations in the city have been hit, according to the Telegram channel of Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

According to Syniehubov, as of 5:40 p.m. Kyiv time, there are reports of 40 civilians injured. Additionally, 5 people have been killed in the attack, including a 14-year-old girl.

In total, the enemy conducted five aerial strikes from the Belgorod region, using UMPB D30 (unified interspecies planning munition).

The enemy hit 5 locations in Kharkiv:

  • Industrial district: A 12-story building was struck. 5 cars were damaged. Three people were killed.
  • Central part of the city: Ground impact caused a grass fire.
  • Industrial district: A minor was killed. Four others were injured.
  • Slobidskyi district: A warehouse building was hit. Two people were injured.
  • Slobidskyi district: Three houses were damaged. Six people were affected

Kharkiv strike

On August 30, around 3:30 p.m., the Russian forces struck Kharkiv with guided bombs. It is reported that one of the bombs hit a 12-story residential building.

Later, Oleksandr Filchakov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, and Volodymyr Tymoshko, the head of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv кegion, stated that the Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with five guided bombs from a Su-34 aircraft. The launches were carried out from the village of Dubovoe near Belgorod.
