Russia drops two aerial bombs on Toretsk, Donetsk region: Three dead, many injured
Today, December 21, the Russian army dropped two aerial bombs on Toretsk in the Donetsk region. Three people lost their lives, and five others sustained injuries, reports the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"Russian army conducted two airstrikes on Toretsk at 12:00. The type of munitions used by the aggressors is currently under investigation," the statement read.
It was reported that the Russian forces targeted civilian infrastructure. Three men aged 41, 42, and 45 lost their lives due to the injuries sustained.
Additionally, five employees from two different enterprises suffered injuries of varying severity.
An investigation has been initiated
The injured individuals aged between 33 and 54 have been transported to the hospital for necessary medical care.
Prosecutors are taking all necessary steps to document Russian war crimes against the peaceful population of the Donetsk region.
A pre-trial investigation has commenced regarding the violations of laws and customs of war.

Klymenko reported that the Russians bombed the mines in Toretsk.
The aggressors dropped two bombs on one mine and two on another.
"The enterprise has been cut off from power. Thirty-two miners were underground; they have already been brought to the surface," the minister wrote.
Shelling in the Donetsk region continues unabated
The Russian forces conduct daily shelling on cities and villages in the region. Even those located relatively away from the frontlines are constantly under fire.
Recently, a missile strike was carried out by the Russians on one of the mines of the Toretskcoal enterprise in the Donetsk region.
In November, occupiers shelled two districts in the Donetsk region, resulting in the death of two individuals, with another person sustaining injuries due to enemy strikes.
