Among the victims is a 10-year-old child who is in extremely severe condition at the regional hospital. 3 other adults were taken to regional medical facilities, while others are receiving assistance at the Novhorod-Siverskyi Central Municipal Hospital or are being treated on an outpatient basis.

According to regional authorities, in the past 24 hours alone, the Russians have launched 94 strikes on 28 border settlements in the Chernihiv region. Energy facilities in 3 communities were also hit by Russian fire, resulting in both hourly and emergency power outages in the region. Energy workers worked through the night to restore power, but the grids remain overloaded.

The regional administration calls on residents to use electricity sparingly, given the massive Russian strikes on the Ukrainian power grid and the difficult situation in other regions.
