Russia destroys gas station near Poltava with drone strike, causing fire - Military Administration

On the evening of September 17, Russian forces destroyed a gas station in the Poltava region with a drone strike. The enemy attack caused a fire, according to Volodymyr Kohut, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.
"In the Poltava district, a hostile drone strike hit a gas station. The impact caused a fire," the statement reads.
Kohut added that one person was injured as a result of the Russian attack. Emergency services are working at the site of the drone strike to deal with the aftermath.
The Poltava region was attacked by enemy drones on the night of September 17, causing a fire in an open area of an industrial facility.
Overall, on the night of September 17, the Russian forces carried out a combined attack across Ukraine. The enemy used various types of drones, an Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile, and an S-300 surface-to-air guided missile for the strikes.
Additionally, on Wednesday evening, September 17, residents of Dnipro reported hearing explosions. They occurred during an air raid alert in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
