Russia destroyed recreation center in Ukraine's Odesa region

The Russians launched a missile strike on Tatarbunary, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa region. The Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district and the city of Tatarbunary came under fire, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa regional military administration.
In the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, utility services and State Emergency Service of Ukraine rescuers continue to work to eliminate the consequences of Russian strikes.
"Unfortunately, as a result of the Russian attack, a 60-year-old woman was killed, and a 66-year-old and a 49-year-old man were injured," Kiper wrote.
Russian attack caused destruction and damage to recreational facilities in the resort area.
The city of Tatarbunary suffered the most damage. The power supply there has been partially cut off, leaving about 800 customers without electricity. Energy workers are currently working to eliminate the consequences and restore the power grid.
The water supply has not been interrupted.
Russian night attack on Ukraine on September 23
Yesterday evening, Russia attacked Ukraine with groups of Shahed strike drones. The Russians also used missiles, and air raid sirens were sounded in various regions.
On the night of September 23, starting at 9 p.m. on September 22, Russia attacked Ukraine with three Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles and 115 Shahed and Gerbera strike UAVs, as well as other types of drones.
Late in the evening of September 22, the Russians attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv. In addition, Russia struck Zaporizhzhia with aerial bombs and drones, damaging civilian residential infrastructure and killing one person.
Russia also struck the Odesa region in the evening. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, buildings belonging to a hotel, Ukrainian Post, Ukrainian Telecommunication companies, a cultural center, an administrative services center, and several cars were damaged.
The center of Tatarbunary was hit by a Russian missile strike. There, the Russian army deliberately attacked an infrastructure facility, but it is not specified which one.
