The Kremlin has approved another condition under which residents of the temporarily occupied Mariupol can receive compensation for homes destroyed by Russia. However, in reality, the introduced mechanism is not functioning, reports the National Resistance Center (NRC).

According to the information resource, this refers to another stage of the inventory of destroyed apartment buildings. However, there is nothing to inventory, as the enemy has completely demolished these buildings and erased all traces of their crimes.

"And this is at least 500 apartment buildings," the report states.

Meanwhile, the widely publicized housing construction by the Russians, allegedly intended for Mariupol residents, is being distributed to non-local inhabitants. In most cases, the housing is given to migrants from distant regions of Russia and imported laborers, particularly from East Asia.

On New Year's Eve, Mariupol was left without heating due to the critical situation. According to the NRC, more than 50% of the heating plants in the Donetsk region that the Russians managed to launch have already broken down.
