Russia deploys Kalibr missile carriers to Black Sea: Ukrainian Navy gives details
Russians have launched 12 enemy ships into the Black Sea, including two Kalibr missile carriers, according to the Ukrainian Navy.
"There are 12 enemy ships in the Black Sea, including 2 Kalibr cruise missile carriers, with a total volley of up to 16 missiles," the statement says.
There is currently one enemy ship in the Sea of Azov.
In addition, Russia has two enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, including one Kalibr cruise missile carrier, with a total volley of up to 8 missiles.
Russia has not used the Kalibr for a long time
On January 31, the Russian invaders deployed surface missile launchers to the Black Sea, and an extremely high level of missile threat was observed. As of 20:00, there were 13 Russian ships in the Black Sea. The enemy brought an underwater missile carrier to the basing point but put two frigates on duty.
Recently, Natalia Humeniuk, a spokesperson for the Southern Ukrainian Defense Forces, said that the Russians had not used Kalibr missiles to strike Ukraine for a long time.
According to the latest data from the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia has about 900 high-precision long-range missiles.
