Russian invaders are deploying additional forces in two areas in the Kherson region. In particular, Strilecha - Lyptsi and Vovchansk, according to Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi.

“Russia continues to build up the grouping of its troops in the direction of the main attack of Strilecha-Lyptsi and the area of Vovchansk, by transferring additional regiments and brigades from other directions and training grounds,” he says.

Syrskyi emphasizes that these forces are not enough for a full-scale offensive and a breakthrough in Ukrainian defense.

Russia's offensive

In the Kharkiv region, the Russian occupiers have intensified their actions, expanding the combat zone. Despite the setbacks in the offensive, the Russians are trying to advance. According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Ukrainian military is successfully conducting counteroffensives in the region.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine warns of the possibility of expanding the combat zone on the border by Russia. It is expected that Russia may try to attack at any time.
