Russia declared head of Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Budanov wanted

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has announced a search for the Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Major General, Kyrylo Budanov, according to Russian media.
At the same time, the department did not specify under which particular article the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate is being sought.
"The basis for the search: wanted under Article CC," according to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs database.
What does Russia accuse Budanov of
On April 21, 2023, the Moscow Lefortovo District Court, in absentia, arrested Budanov. He was accused and charged with articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including terrorism and illegal use of weapons, in connection with the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. The head of the GUR was also declared internationally wanted.
On October 8, 2022, a powerful explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge. The detonation of a truck resulted in extensive damage to both the road and railway infrastructure.
Later, it was revealed that the Security Service of Ukraine had organized the explosion.
