Ukraine is achieving increasingly stronger results in its missile program every month, and this means Russia will no longer be able to look away from the war.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in his evening video address.
The head of state said that today there were critical discussions with Ukrainian military officials about the country’s missile program, particularly its current level.
Zelenskyy stressed that the long-range Neptunes have proven themselves in Ukraine’s deep-strike operations against Russia. He also noted the country’s broader progress.
"We are achieving greater results with our missiles every month. I thank the manufacturers; I am very grateful for this, and I thank our warriors. Russia will no longer be able to look away from the war; it is getting loud enough and clear enough to see what is really happening. These are our entirely justified Ukrainian responses to everything Russia is doing to us and to our people," the president said.
He added that today alone, and in Kyiv alone, Russian forces killed six people and injured more than 30. Russia also struck other cities and villages. Zelenskyy offered his condolences and emphasized that no Russian strike should go unpunished.
"Ukraine must do everything to ensure that not a single Russian attack remains without consequences. Our weapons, global sanctions, and political pressure on Russia, all working. And it will work even more," the president concluded.
Strikes on Russian territory
In the early hours of Friday, 14 November, Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a strike on the Novorossiysk naval base in Russia’s Krasnodar region. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the attack involved Ukrainian Neptune missiles and several types of drones.
The strike damaged port infrastructure, the Sheskharis oil terminal, an S-400 launcher, and a missile storage facility.
Additionally, on the night of 13 November, Ukrainian weapons hit several key targets in Russia and in the occupied territories. In occupied Crimea, impacts were recorded on the Morskyi oil terminal storage facility, a helicopter parking area, and locations where drones were stored and prepared for use. A Russian air-defense radar station near Yevpatoria was also targeted.
For these strikes, Ukrainian Flamingo missiles and Bars and Yarist drones were used.
