Russia attacks Ukraine with dozens of drones: 18 UAVs hit their targets

On the night of September 6, Russia launched 91 drones at Ukraine. Hits were recorded at eight locations, with debris falling in several other areas, according to the Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram.
The Russian forces attacked Ukraine using Shahed attack drones and various types of drone imitators. The launches came from five directions: Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The attack was repelled by the Ukrainian Air Force, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and drone units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Air defense forces shot down 68 enemy drones in the north and east of the country. Hits were recorded from 18 attack drones at eight locations, while debris from downed drones fell in four locations.
"Several enemy drones are still in the air; the attack is ongoing," the Ukrainian Air Force warned.
Attack on Ukraine
On the night of September 6, Russia struck the railway infrastructure in the Donetsk region.
Ukrzaliznytsia reported that a section near Sloviansk has been de-energized due to the attack, causing delays for several trains.
