Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs on the afternoon of October 11. A strike was recorded at a service station in the Nemyshlianskyi district; casualties were reported, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

At around 1:58 p.m. Kyiv time, Terekhov reported that Russian forces had attacked the city with guided aerial bombs. The strike hit a residential area in the Nemyshlianskyi district, where a fire broke out after the impact.

The mayor later clarified that the strike occurred on the premises of a service station located near private homes.

As of 2:17 p.m., three people were reported injured.

The strike also completely destroyed two private houses. Around 15 other homes were damaged by the blast wave. Several cars caught fire at the scene.

At 2:20 p.m., Terekhov reported that a man had been pulled from the rubble of one of the damaged houses. He was receiving the necessary medical assistance.

Later, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov reported that one person had been killed in the Russian attack.

Terekhov clarified that the victim was a woman who had been pulled from the rubble.

“According to updated information, the person rescued from the rubble of the damaged house was a 35-year-old woman. Unfortunately, despite all the efforts of the medical team, she died from her injuries,” he wrote.

Later, the regional administration head reported that the Russian attack had injured a 7-year-old boy, a 44-year-old woman, and men aged 30 and 61.

The woman who died was 36 years old.

Russian forces continue to attack Kharkiv regularly. In particular, on October 10, Russian drones attacked the city’s Kholodnohirskyi and Slobidskyi districts. One of the drones hit a medical facility, where a fire broke out.

Zaporizhzhia also came under attack that night. A Russian drone struck a five-story residential building. People were killed, including children, and others were injured. Residents may still be trapped under the rubble.
