Russians attacked the office of the humanitarian organization FSD, the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action, with a ballistic missile. The missile was targeting the territory of the Kharkiv region, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

Russia destroyed the facade and ceilings on several floors. Six cars used by the organization's medics were damaged.

“Kharkiv region, unfortunately, is one of the most explosively contaminated regions, so the activities of such organizations and the development of humanitarian demining are critically important for the safety of people and the functioning of the private sector,” notes Syniehubov.
