Russia attacks Odesa with ballistic missile: Casualties reported
On the evening of August 14, the Russian forces attacked Odesa with a ballistic missile. People were injured in the attack, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, and a statement by the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"The target of the aggressor was the port's civilian infrastructure. One person, a truck driver, was injured," reported the head of the Regional Military Administration.
He explained that the injured person is currently hospitalized in moderate condition.
Meanwhile, law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of another crime by Russia.
According to the investigation, two people sustained injuries of varying degrees as a result of the attack:
- A 39-year-old port employee;
- A 43-year-old grain truck driver.
Today, an explosion occurred in Odesa during an air raid alert.
It should also be noted that last night, infrastructure facilities were attacked in the Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions.
