Russia attacks college in Ukraine's Odesa: Casualties reported

On the afternoon of July 31, Russians attacked Odesa with drones. Infrastructure and an educational institution were damaged, and there are casualties, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration.
"Russia attacked Odesa. Infrastructure and the roof of an educational institution have been damaged," Lysak reports.

As of 12:22 p.m. Kyiv time, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the missile attack on Odesa damaged civilian infrastructure: the grounds of a business, a hospital building, and a college.
According to preliminary data, 2 people were injured: a 43-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman—a hospital employee. The man is in severe condition. The woman’s condition is moderate.

Last night, on July 31, Russia launched 255 attack drones at various regions of Ukraine. Ukrainian air defense systems shot down or neutralized 195 Russian drones.
At the same time, 22 attack drones were confirmed to have struck 14 locations, and debris was found at 4 locations.
This morning, Russian troops attacked a postal terminal in a suburb of Kharkiv with drones.
Also today, the Russians struck a Nova Poshta branch in the Vinnytsia region. There are casualties as a result of the Russian attack.
