Enemy attacks Cherkasy region with drones: Fires erupt, casualties reported

The Russian occupation army launched a massive drone attack on the Cherkasy region tonight, October 1, informs the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, Ihor Taburets.
Russian forces carried out a drone strike on the Cherkasy region, hitting industrial infrastructure in Uman.
Cherkasy Regional Military Administration reported that as a result of the attack, a fire broke out in warehouse buildings, including grain storage.
"Preliminarily, one person was injured. She has been taken to the hospital. Currently, the consequences are being dealt with, and all relevant services are working at the scene," Taburets said.

Attack on Ukraine on October 1
In several regions of Ukraine, air raid alerts sounded tonight, October 1. The Ukrainian Armed Forces' air defense warned of the threat of missile and drone attacks. Explosions were reported in Kharkiv, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia.
