Russian army today, on September 20, attacked Kharkiv for the second time using guided aerial bombs. The bombs hit near a medical facility, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram.

According to the mayor, the Russian forces struck Kharkiv with two guided aerial bombs.

"The strike hit the central district of Kharkiv, near a medical facility," the mayor specified.

Terekhov mentioned that information regarding casualties and damage is being clarified.

The mayor reported that, according to updated information, there were three strikes on the city of Kharkiv—two in the Shevchenkivskyi district and one in the Kyivskyi district.

"We have preliminary information that there are casualties," Terekhov's statement said.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that at this moment, three people are known to be injured.

All are in mild condition, including a 10-year-old child who experienced an acute stress reaction.

Meanwhile, Terekhov confirmed the information about the child, but according to him, there are currently four injured.

Today, September 20, Russia had already attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs, recording two enemy strikes on the city.

According to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the hits occurred in the Slobidskyi and Osnovianskyi districts. In the Osnovianskyi district, two casualties were reported.

Later, Terekhov clarified that a total of three people were injured as a result of the attack.
