Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is ready for negotiations with Ukraine without preconditions, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated.

Yesterday, Witkoff flew to Moscow for a meeting with Putin to discuss the settlement of the war in Ukraine. The conversation between them lasted about three hours.

Soon, the assistant to the Russian dictator, Yuri Ushakov, confirmed that the parties discussed the "Ukrainian crisis." Namely, it was about the possibility of "resuming negotiations between representatives of the Russian Federation and Ukraine."
