The hit in Sevastopol was at one of the facilities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, according to the OSINTtechnical page on Twitter and the Telegram channel Krymskyi Veter.

According to the OSINTtechnical project, the facility was struck by Storm Shadow missiles. There were at least three of them.

"At least three Ukrainian Storm Shadow cruise missiles have just hit a major communication node of the Russian Black Sea Fleet," they reported on their page.

The Krymskyi Veter channel reported that the hit was at one of the objects of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

"The hit of the missiles was at the main special communication node of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on Mykola Muzika Street, 1," they reported on the channel.

The channel administrators also posted a photo location.

Hits in Sevastopol

On the evening of March 23, there were six explosions in Sevastopol and hits near the ships in the port. Emergency services were dispatched towards Kozacha Bay.

Local authorities claimed that air defense systems were operational. The so-called governor of Crimea, Mikhail Razvozhayev, announced the downing of 10 missiles.

Ukrainian partisans claimed hits on Russian military units.
