Poland's President to visit Kyiv soon – Ukraine's FM

Polish President Karol Nawrocki plans to make his first visit to Kyiv in the near future, according to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.
"We are looking forward to the visit of the Polish President to Ukraine. We hope that it will take place in the near future," Sybiha says.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister also stresses that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is open to dialogue with his Polish counterpart.
"And, of course, this visit is very important for the further development of our good-neighborly relations," Sybiha stresses.
Commenting on the issue of search and exhumation work, Sybiha notes that significant progress has been made in this matter, and this work between the Ukrainian and Polish teams will continue.
Background
On Thursday, September 25, Karol Nawrocki announced plans to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv.
President Nawrocki also said that he had already had the opportunity to talk with Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the UN General Assembly. According to him, it was a brief exchange of views, during which both leaders highlighted the challenges facing their countries.
Since the beginning of his term, Karol Nawrocki has been pursuing an active foreign policy, meeting with leaders of European and other countries.
Incidentally, due to Russian drones, Nawrocki changed the schedule of his foreign visits. On Tuesday, September 16, he visited Berlin and then flew to Paris on the same day.
